The CARE OF NURSING TO JUST BORN IN USE OF VENTILATION MECHANICS INTERNED IN a UNIT OF INTENSIVE THERAPY NEONATAL Camila Regis de Oliveira* SUMMARY Objective: the study it aims at to evaluate the importance of the interned care of nursing given to just been born in a unit of neonatal intensive therapy that is making ventilation use mechanics. Methods: study of literary revision, where a bibliographical survey in the library virtual in health and made a exploratria reading was made, being selected 25 articles, where only 16 of these articles had been used. Results: they had been identified to the cares given to the RN in ventilation mechanics and the factors that contribute for the accidents and what it takes the reduction of the accidents to this RNs of high risk. Conclusion: This work showed that the care of nursing is of great importance so that diminishes the accidents related to the Ventilation Mechanics, and that it is necessary human resources, work in team an exploratory reading, 25 articles were selected, where only 16 of these articles wereused.Results: We identified the care provided you infants on mechanical ventilation and the factors that contribute you accidents and that leads you reduction of accidents with these high-risknewborns.Conclusion: This study showed> that nursing care is of great importance in to order you decrease accidents related tomechanical ventilation, and it is necessary human resources, teamwork and professional training will be the work you be effectiveand you increase survival and high-risk newborns ploughs hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit.
